Make your own carbon dioxide calculator

15.4.2010 > 31.12.2010 - Demonstration, workshop - Sweden

While the demonstrations “Who has to go?” and “What does the greenhouse effect have to do with coral reefs?” are going on, visitors will be encouraged to be proactive and do something to reduce their emissions of carbon dioxide.

To get concrete ideas of what can be done to reduce their emissions, visitors will be allowed to make their own carbon dioxide calculator that they can take with them when they leave.

Two circles are cut out from two pre-printed sheets of A4 paper and then joined together. By spinning the upper circle and looking at what is written under two cut-out holes, visitors can read what they can actually do, and how much less of the equivalent in carbon dioxide emissions this would be.
