Local citizen Debate will be held on  September in the problematic area, the north-east of Estonia traditional place for oil-shale mining - in the local community center.

Therefore oil-shale mining is biggest waster of pure water because of old and cheap technology -  by-product is huge amount of ash and CO2 polluting environment,  Estonian Energy Company is still biggest employer in this area.

How economic issue is related with local inhabitants prosperity? Are we all beneficiaries? Can we change anything at all?

Guest speakers will be: representative of Estonian Fund of Nature, Climatologist and former member of the European Parliament, representative of local rural municipality.
